The Georgia Institute of Technology Family Apartments is creating attractive on-campus housing options for students and their families. Created with community in mind, the Family Apartments project will replace existing housing at the Callaway and Healey sites along 10th street with 396 new housing units totaling approximately 400,000 gross square feet, a 10,000 gross square-foot daycare center and a 650 car parking structure. The development is expected to be a powerful recruiting tool as Georgia Tech pursues the best and brightest students and provides a community in which
they and their families can excel—together.
